Since 2011, I have been doing 1-on-1 Personal Training. I felt Destined to be FAT because I love to eat and drink while enjoying life! Eventually, I had enough FAT boy time pursued my fitness journey, I was Determined to be FIT! I make fitness simple, effective, and fun! I create custom workouts for my clients based on their goals, weight loss, toning, strength, or diabetes management.
